Dec. 15th... hmmmm a thursday, well, we're all outta school, I have an unreliable truck... so if I am not working (that is if I don't have a job secured by then, which the prospect outlook doesn't look good) then i'll be more than happy to help ya out... but I bet you may have counted on that...

I don't think we'll need your truck, we'll have a U-Haul plus the 4 Runner and my car, so we should have plenty of room. But someone to help carry furniture would be great.

Rent with "pet rent" is $525, a little higher than other ones I found, but it's much nicer than the other ones we saw. So we figured it was worth it. The place is all one bedrooms, and the lady said it's mostly grad students, so it should be a pretty peaceful place.

trust me, tryin to pay rent and go to school is not a fun prospect... it'll drive a man to crazy...

My parents will be paying a good portion of it while I'm in school. I should get some decent financial aid since I'm old enough that my parents income isn't counted and I don't make shit. That will free up some of my alotted college money to go towards rent so I'm not trying to work 30-40 hours a week and go to school. Hopefully it will all work out. Worst case scenario I'd end up having to borrow some money, which I really don't want to have to do.

Well some places don't allow pets. Some allow cats but not dogs, some have a weight restriction on dogs, it's really up to the landlord. I never tell them I have snakes, because I did that once and they freaked out and said "no way". People hear snake and think it's going to kill them or something. It's sad.
 

Yeah, that is sad. And a weight restriction on dogs? That's like saying a fat dog will eat more furniture than a thin dog or something! Landlords are bloody stupid sometimes.

I think the weight limit is more for the size of the kind of dog, not the individual. Like little dog breeds are ok, but they don't want people getting great danes and crap. That would be funny if they told someone their dog was too fat though. "Put you dog on a diet and maybe he can live here."
 

Good news about the enemy Waa.... Smelly's happy for you, she didn't really want to have to go over and fight, but she would have if needed.... Actually it's a cockatiel on my head, and I don't think it's owner would be too happy if you ate it, so I'm going to have to say no... sorry.
