Wow... I just checked my math final grade and I got a 100% on the final. I know it's just algebra, but there was one question that I completely forgot how to do, so I just made up my own way to figure it out and hoped it came up with the right answer. I guess it did. Not bad for only going to the first two lectures of the quarter. Let's hope my Latin final tomorrow goes equally as well...

actually I was really surprised I got that one problem... I sat there staring at it for like 10 minutes trying to remember how to do it, and finally I gave up and made up my own equation... but it was so fucked up it took me like another 5 minutes just to type it into my calculator to graph it... and you have to show all your work to get full credit, so I wasn't sure that even if my answer was right they would figure out what I did and give me full credit for it. So as for getting an A, no, I didn't expect any less. But I really wasn't expecting full credit on that problem.
