- why do they call them blood pythons you ask? -
This is why... this little girl was pretty bland looking as a baby, but she's getting better looking every day, and she's not even a year old yet. A perfect example of why you should buy snakes from a good breeder... she's going to be a screamer in another year when she REALLY starts to get some more colour.
p.s. I didn't give my presentation today... there wasn't enough time for everyone. Which is good I think, since after hearing some others I realised that mine was pretty subpar. So I have a couple days to fix it up and I'll give it Wednesday.

No, she's from a guy named Ryan Norris who breeds bloods under the name "The Blood Cell". The last picture I posted is my male from NERD. I'm surprised his color isn't better coming from there. Kara does breed some yellow bloods, but I would think she would have told me if he was from a clutch of yellows... (Not all Blood Pythons are red. They can be yellowish, tan-ish or brown, but the really RED ones are obviously the most desired.)
Oh yeah I can't wait till she's older to get some babies from her. I may have to find a suitable Red boyfriend for her though...

Yeah, that male is nice and fat but his colour isn't as great...that sucks.

No, "the Blood Cell" doesn't have a website or anything, that's just a name he uses. Like most small breeders, he's probably got a real job and everything and breeds snakes for a hobby. Like I'll end up doing some day. But since people sell most of the babies they produce, people sometimes make up a name for their snake breeding "business".
Sirius does indeed have a girlfriend. If you look at the pictures, the other Black one that you said you liked (Persephone) is a girl for him. I'm very excited about them too. And I'm looking into hopefully getting a better Borneo male, because I really like the two girls that I have but Richard Parker doesn't really go with them. I've been talking to a guy who hatched some killer Borneos last year, and there's a good chance I'll get a baby from him this year. His snakes have some crazy genes in them, which the "normal" siblings may or may not be carrying.

he has the same birthday as Frodo and Bilbo... And, have you ever seen his gigantic hairy feet??? need I say more? So, okay... he's not a full blooded hobbit, he's only a half blooded hobbit, as far as we know... too bad he was a bastard and we never found out the other half... but my guess is... tee hee...
